Aida Pérez, CIR

Aida Pérez is the Director of Recruiting at Caduceus.  She has eight years of experience in the customer service field. Being a Customer Service Team Leader helped her hone her ability to always provide an excellent customer service experience; her primary focus.  She is good dealing with stressful situations and has a great sense of humor.

Mrs. Pérez was born and raised in Puerto Rico.  She is fully bilingual in both, Spanish and English.  She also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Administration from the National University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
